Dr. Shiv Sharma is a highly-respected and sought-after optometrist based in Surrey, BC. He owns and practices at Optiview Eye Clinic where he applies his passion for cutting-edge eye care and eye care education to each patient he treats.
As a specialist in dry eye treatments he knows that better eye care means a better quality of life. His passion for bringing high quality eye care products to Canadians that lead him to found Eyecart in 2020. He noticed that too many people were forced to hunt down high quality products or settle for generic products that weren't as safe or effective. He also noticed that where high-quality product could be found, they were priced at a premium, making them less accessible. He created Eyecart to put clinical eye care within reach of all Canadians by creating a business that delivered doctor-approved eye care products directly to their door.
Dr, Sharma holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry from Simon Fraser University and a Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern College of Optometry. His clinical rotations included the Eye Center at SCO, the John-Kenyon American Eye Institute, and Novamed Eye Surgery Center. Dr.
